The Block Manager
The Block Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area Westminster, United Kingdom, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a designated block of flats. This includes managing space usage, inspections, coordinating schedules and bookings, and ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. The Block Manager will interact with residents, clients, and partners, respond to inquiries, and help resolve operational issues promptly and professionally. The role involves supporting events and activities, monitoring compliance with internal policies, and gathering feedback to improve the experience within the block. The Block Manager will also collaborate with other team members to implement process improvements, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive, creative environment.

Qualifications
- Operational and facilities management skills, including coordinating daily activities, overseeing maintenance needs, and ensuring smooth running of on-site spaces.
- Customer and stakeholder service skills to build strong relationships, handle inquiries, and support a positive experience for residents, clients, and partners.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate schedules and documentation.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for clear written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic administrative and IT skills, including comfort with office software, booking systems, and digital tools used for reporting and coordination.
- Experience in property management, community management, hospitality, or a related operational role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area, with a proactive and accountable approach to responsibilities.
- Relevant education or training in business, facilities management, hospitality, or a similar field is an advantage.
