Join our Boots Brand Product team in Nottingham as an Assistant Product Manager - POS Healthcare. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in delivering the product pipeline for the UK's leading healthcare brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end product development for your categories, from creating compelling, consumer-led concepts to ensuring the finished product is ready for the shelf.
  • React swiftly to changing product trends and consumer needs, identifying opportunities to add value to the business while meeting customer expectations.
  • Roll out the new Boots brand visual identity across your categories, ensuring alignment with our retail brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, regulatory, and product delivery teams, as well as design agency partners, to bring your products and their claims to life in the most compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to delivery.
  • Map market and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate macro trends into micro product attributes across packaging, formulation, and design.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing and commercial teams to activate products effectively.
  • Support the Product Manager in shaping the 3YP NPD pipeline.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in Product Development.
  • Strong writing skills for copy-heavy tasks, including pack copy and brand messaging.
  • A passion for good design and the ability to articulate ideas about packaging and messaging.
  • Experience in building relationships within cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and execute on them.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience navigating a regulated environment, such as healthcare.
  • A background in consumer product development or marketing.
