APM Monaco is looking for a Store Manager to one of our shops in London!
Sales
- Be accountable for achieving the store’s sales targets and report on results to Management
- Analyse sales reports to identify business needs and propose appropriate sales strategies
- Set individual targets for each member of the sales team
- Motivate the team and ensure a clear understanding of KPIs to improve individual and collective performance
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on local initiatives
- Monitor competitors and stay informed about competitor performance and market trends

Customer Service
- Ensure the highest level of excellence in customer service
- Ensure that the team maintains high-quality communication with customers
- Support the sales team in resolving customer complaints
Operations
- Ensure the maintenance, presentation and organisation of the boutique
- Ensure compliance with payment procedures
- Manage and monitor the boutique’s expenses
- Prepare the team schedule according to business needs
- Oversee inventory management and ensure that the team is proficient in procedures and POS usage
- Ensure effective communication with other departments and boutiques
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure that the boutique consistently meets the presentation standards set by Management
- Collaborate with the Logistics, Retail and Marketing teams to ensure an optimal product assortment
- Identify and immediately report any defective products
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs

Human Resources
- Lead the recruitment, training and development of the team
- Assess each team member’s performance and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Manage and resolve HR-related issues within the boutique, in close collaboration with the HR department
- Ensure that the team’s image and professional standards reflect the APM brand
Profile Sought
- You love APM Monaco!
- You have proven experience as a Store Manager, with genuine autonomy in managing a store
- You have experience in luxury/fashion retail
- You are able to analyse sales reports and react quickly to adjust strategies
- You have strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- You are fluent in English
- You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
