Job Title: Apollo - Inspire Innovator
Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft
Hours: 18.5 Hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term Until 30/09/2027
Salary: £25,168.50 - £25,490.00
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for inspiring others and creating opportunities for young people and adults?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Apollo Inspire and Innovator to support the Apollo programme's mission of growing the talent pipeline for Further Education and careers across the region. Working closely with schools, communities and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in promoting opportunities, engaging prospective learners and supporting a range of innovative events and activities.
Key needs from you and the role
- Experience in engagement, marketing or outreach activities, with the ability to inspire and engage young people, adults and community groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering events, workshops and presentations to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and initiative, with the ability to lead events, manage multiple priorities and act as a professional ambassador for the Apollo programme and East Coast College.

East Coast College require all staff to hold a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, and be able to evidence this.
