Analytics Engineer Internship

Help build the data engine behind the next big FemTech company. 📊💜

LYNA is building an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms, and health.

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer Intern to join us for a 3-month unpaid internship and help build the analytics infrastructure that will allow us to understand our users, measure growth, and make better product decisions.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders and take ownership of analytics, dashboards, tracking, and data infrastructure from an early stage.

What you’ll do

  • Set up and structure Firebase / Amplitude analytics
  • Implement and maintain product event tracking
  • Build conversion funnels and user journeys
  • Define key product and growth metrics
  • Create dashboards for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Analyse user behaviour and identify actionable insights
  • Help establish a clean, reliable analytics infrastructure
  • Work with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure data is captured correctly
  • Turn raw data into insights that directly influence product and growth decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
