About ScanMint AI
ScanMint AI is an AI-powered productivity and document utility app with features including document scanning, OCR, PDF tools, QR/barcode utilities, text tools, signatures, and more.
We are looking for an App Growth & ASO Specialist to help grow ScanMint AI across the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute ASO and app growth strategies.
- Research keywords, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Optimize app listings, metadata, screenshots, and creatives.
- Monitor rankings, installs, conversion, retention, reviews, and revenue.
- Run experiments to improve visibility, installs, and conversions.
- Identify user acquisition and monetization opportunities.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable growth recommendations.
- Stay updated with ASO, AI app, and mobile growth trends.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of relevant experience in ASO, App Growth, Mobile Marketing, or User Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Google Play and App Store.
- Experience with ASO and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Previous experience growing mobile apps with measurable results is highly preferred.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with a flexible compensation structure. There is no fixed commission percentage. Compensation will be mutually decided based on your experience, expertise, skills, and expected contribution.
