Full time // Gumball HQ

The opportunity

Gumball 3000 Apparel sits at the intersection of automotive culture and streetwear, with a luxury feel and a globally recognised brand behind it.

We are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on leader to grow the apparel and merchandise division.

Our brand, marketing and content create significant exposure. Your role is to turn that attention into sales, build a stronger ecommerce business and make our products easier and more cost-effective to buy around the world.

You will help shape and deliver a monthly programme of limited-edition product and collaboration drops, connecting product, content and commerce to build demand, improve sell-through and bring customers back.

What you will own

Sales and commercial growth

  • Build and execute a clear growth plan, with agreed milestones, budgets and margin targets.
  • Identify the biggest opportunities across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, selective wholesale, partnerships and international markets.
  • Own revenue forecasting and performance reporting, showing what is driving sales and where we should invest.

Ecommerce and conversion

  • Convert existing marketing, social and content reach into measurable traffic, purchases and customer growth.
  • Improve site conversion, product presentation, average order value and checkout completion through practical testing and optimisation.
  • Work with the marketing and content team to give every campaign a clear route to purchase, with measurable commercial results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Monthly product and collaboration drops

  • Work with the creative, product and marketing teams on pricing, quantities, launch timing and sales targets.
  • Use sales and customer insights to inform future products, sizing, quantities and collaborations.
  • Balance exclusivity and demand with stock availability, healthy margins and disciplined inventory management.

International distribution and fulfilment

  • Evaluate and establish regional fulfilment, logistics and distribution partnerships where commercially viable.
  • Reduce customer shipping costs and improve delivery times, while managing the total cost and complexity of fulfilment.
  • Develop relationships with carefully selected retailers and distribution partners that fit the brand.

Who we are looking for

You have helped grow an early-stage apparel, streetwear, merchandise or culturally driven consumer brand. You understand how to turn a strong identity and an engaged audience into a commercially successful business.

You combine strategic thinking with practical execution. You are as comfortable building a revenue plan or negotiating with a fulfilment partner as you are improving a product page or launching an email campaign.

You will bring:

  • A proven record of growing ecommerce revenue in an early-stage or small-team business, with clear examples of your contribution.
  • Strong experience in conversion optimisation, customer retention, merchandising and ecommerce analytics.
  • Commercial judgement across pricing, gross margin, acquisition costs, inventory and profitability.
  • Experience delivering limited-edition launches, collaborations or drop-led product strategies.
  • Practical knowledge of international shipping, regional fulfilment and cross-border ecommerce.
  • The ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams while taking accountability for sales results.
  • An understanding of automotive culture, streetwear and premium brand positioning.
  • An entrepreneurial approach: resourceful, decisive and comfortable building processes as the business grows.
