Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 / €40,000 - €45,000

We’re now looking for an experienced Apparel Product Manager (Own Brand) to help shape and grow our Own Brand (OB) team - from concept to customer - across multiple product lines.
The Role:
As the Apparel Product Manager (OB), you’ll own the strategy, planning, and commercial performance of our Own Brand apparel collections. You’ll balance creative vision with commercial insight, ensuring our ranges are both inspiring and profitable.
You’ll collaborate across design, planning, logistics, and sales teams to bring great products to market and make sure they perform once they’re there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget creation: Responsible for managing the budgets of the various Own Brand brands, from creation to development and sales
- Range architecture: Proposal of range architecture by brand, based on analysis of the existing ranges, competitive intelligence and sales on our sites, in terms of product and sales price; achieve a coherent and efficient number of styles to maximize sales, respecting manufacturing MOQ constraints
- Sales planning: Working with sales team to ensure Own Brand sales are scheduled in commercial calendars, based on incoming products. Work with commercial teams to increase visibility of Own Brand through special events and curations.
- Sales analysis: Regular analysis of product sales performance and strategic management of the offer to maximize sales (products visibility, price & product assets levers)
- Inventory analysis: In coordination with planning manager, review of inventory-related KPIs (days of inventory, sell-out, aged stock days/provision risk) to assist in informed decision-making. Highlight risks associated with inventory and present solutions.
- Pricing and margin strategy: On designated apparel product categories, in agreement with the planning department, define price positioning by brand, RRP (retail recommended prices) and final sales prices, and their evolution based on sales analyses; build ranges while respecting the margin objectives set by management
- Competitive intelligence: Active monitoring to follow market trends and the ranges developed by competing brands in terms of product function and price positioning, on the European market
- Opportunity analysis: Identification of new opportunities to support brand growth
- Reporting: Creating, updating and socialising various dashboards to enable transparency of Own Brand performance to the wider team
- Coordination with creative teams, product development, sales, logistics

Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in a sportswear, fashion, or outdoor brand in a similar role.
- Commercially Savvy: Strong grasp of both product creation and sales performance dynamics.
- Creative & Innovative: Strong creativity and the ability to innovate - you bring fresh product ideas and practical ways to bring them to market.
- Product Knowledge: You understand the expectations of textile products used in sport (performance, durability, comfort, washcare, breathability, etc.).
- Trend-aware: Naturally curious about trends in sport and performance apparel.
- Analytical: Confident working with numbers and translating data into strategic actions.
- Collaborative: Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working across multiple teams and cultures.
- Organised & Autonomous: Able to manage multiple projects with precision and independence.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with Mode or other BI/reporting tools desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Google tools
- Languages: Fluent English; French fluency desirable (daily use).
- Negotiation: Experienced in negotiation techniques.
