Role Overview
Is to provide administrative and customer support assistance within the Bellrock client service centre, gaining hands-on experience across the Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career to develop foundational business administration skills, build knowledge of Bellrock's systems and processes, and work towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification while contributing to the day-to-day running of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
- Carrying out data entry and maintaining accurate records across relevant systems
- Supporting day-to-day team administration activities
- Assisting with invoicing support and processing
- Handling inbound calls and directing queries to the appropriate person or department
- Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers as directed
- Managing emails and service requests within agreed timescales
- Updating systems (including Concerto) and tracking actions through to completion
- Supporting reporting and document preparation for the team
- Maintaining accurate filing and compliance records
- Providing excellent customer service and communication support to clients and colleagues
- Assisting with process improvements and team projects where required
- Work towards and complete a recognised Business Administration apprenticeship qualification
- Develop a working knowledge of Concerto and other Bellrock systems used within the client service centre
- Build core administrative, communication and customer service skills through structured on-the-job training
- Gain exposure to the wider Service Delivery Coordinator function, including planned and reactive service delivery, invoicing and reporting
- Receive regular one-to-ones, progress reviews and feedback from their line manager and apprenticeship provider
- Be supported to take on increasing responsibility as skills and confidence develop, with a view to progressing into a full Service Delivery Coordinator role or other suitable position within the business on successful completion of the apprenticeship

Skills & Experience
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills - able to build good relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organisational skills - able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
- Teamwork and cooperation - able to work flexibly and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Adaptability and flexibility - able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond positively to change
- Attention to detail, particularly when maintaining records and processing data
- No formal experience required - full training will be provided
- Always promoting the Company's values amongst the team
- Ensuring that all HR processes and policies are adhered to
- Conversant with current Health and Safety regulations and ensuring all required online courses are completed as directed
- Attending and actively participating in all apprenticeship training, reviews and off-the-job learning as required
- The post holder may be required to undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the post

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work between the Leicester office and your home address on a hybrid basis Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
