NWL (New World Logistics JSC) was established in the beginning of 2003 with a management team motivated and experienced in Heavy Lift, Project Cargoes, and International Multi-modal Transport. We are proudly the specialist in sea & air freight forwarding across the world, we develop strongly and get an excellent brand in Vietnam and overseas market. We are a member of International Federation of Freight Forwarder Association (FIATA), Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA)...
Our services include ODC, Open Top, and DNV 2.7-1 Offshore Container. For oversize cargoes, it should be shipped by Break Bulk or Heavy lift vessel. Besides, being an International Multimodal Transporter, we are proud to supply a complete door-to-door package.
With the trained team, good facilities, and International Agency Network and careful professional handling to be handled safely and delivered to or picked up from anywhere across the world. With our Health Safety Environment (HSE) policy, we are proud to serve you in the best manner and the best safety solution.
We started with the head office in Nha Trang City, now we have three branch offices in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, and a base for container offshore in Vung Tau. Through several years of services, we have built up a position worldwide network with prestige agents in Asia, Europe, America, and Australia.
Job Vacancy for Operations Staff
Number of positions: 1 (male priority)
Job Descriptions, Work Scopes & Qualifications
General
- Collect information about market, customer, competitor, and make reports of them;
- Participate in preparation of sales policy and procedure;
- Generating leads for possible sales;
- Follow-up sales activities;
- Make costing, offers, tenders, contracts;
- Responsible for preparing documents for each sales job following the Company’s procedure;
- Preparation, maintenance, and upgrade of all marketing tools i.e. Company Profile, Brochures, Presentation material, etc.;
- Responsibility to set up new operation: coordinate with business dept for implement the project;
- Independently schedule and organize works, establish appropriate priorities to follow up potential clients and projects effectively.
- Do other work as instructed by Head Of Department (HOD);
- Prepare weekly reports for BOD, HOD.

Project Management
- Acknowledge & Good Skill For Follow-up a Project Management;
- Receive a requirement, prepare a draft, and make scenarios of project to BOD, HOD choice, approve the best solution from comparison, analysis, and appraisal;
- Make costing;
- Make offers and quotation;
- Find and choice tender, provider, carrier;
- Make budget for project;
- Calculate the period for implement project;
- Work with operations managers and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly from start to complete project.
Container Yard Management
- Acknowledge & good skill on forwarding container yard procedures, formalities, rules, and documents, include:
- Receive and Deliver cargo, container at site.
- +Loading and unloading container/ empty container from vessel, barge to yard; from yard to vessel, barge.
- Receive and deliver container/ empty container from yard to truck from truck to yard.
- Offshore container for lease Management: will be training once applicant recruited.
Job Requirement
- Work at Head Office
- Add: Vietcombank Building, 21 Le Thanh Phuong, Nha Trang City
- Good skills in English (speaking, listening, writing)
- Prefer Male (still Female is acceptable)
- Active attitude.
- Be punctual.
- Long time working at least 3 years working experience in the same job.
- Diplome training: Graduate major University or specific training course as Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic…
- Good knowledge of Freight/ Logistics/ Import-Export, Customs Clearance.
- Sea and Air operation experience is preferred.
- Good health and work under high pressure.
- Year age: From 25 years old.
- Handle sea/air freight orders with both inbound and outbound activities, project cargo included.
- Handle customers & agents’ inquiry, quotation, documentation, and payment process.
- Coordinate with Business department to provide full service to customer.
- Understand customer need and provide suitable solution to meet their satisfaction.
- Develop overseas agency and carrier networking to obtain priority rate and service.
- Weekly report to BOD and Manager
- Other requirements and skill will be trained if recruited.

Salary and Welfare
As satisfactory agreement according to the Company’s policies and rules and Government’s labor regulations.
