I’m recruiting for a Cloud & AI Application Administrator to join a leading global client. This is a hands-on role managing a growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS and AI-enabled applications, ensuring they are secure, well governed, cost-effective and aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration and performance of cloud and AI applications.
- Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access controls and SSO integration.
- Monitor subscriptions, platform usage and API consumption, identifying cost anomalies and savings.
- Support security and legal audits through access controls, audit logs and policy compliance.
- Work with business users, vendors and internal teams to improve adoption of approved tools and reduce shadow IT.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Strong experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including GenAI or automation tools.
- Good knowledge of RBAC, SSO, provisioning workflows and cloud application security.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, monitoring and reporting.
- Experience overseeing SaaS licences, billing and usage.
- The ability to explain technical issues clearly and work across cybersecurity, compliance, procurement and operations.
