DB, Application and Systems Analysts
£50,000 per annum – Permanent – Full Time – Hybrid (2 Office Days per week)
This is a great opportunity to join the IT team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a highly supportive individual to join as the DB, Application and Systems Analysts.
You will provide support and continuous improvement to Wandle’s critical applications, Microsoft Dynamics environment and underlying databases. As a member of the IT Team, you will keep abreast of current developments within the IT discipline to ensure that all applications and database are secure by design, resilience and highly available.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics environment, including workflows, integrations, databases, and reporting systems.
- Ensure reliable and secure data integration and reporting, supporting accurate information flow across Wandle’s corporate systems.
- Support and troubleshoot - Intimate knowledge of the key systems to be able to support and troubleshoot any issues in a timely manner to bring systems and services back online.

What we are looking for:
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, covering development, configuration or administration in a business-critical environment.
- Demonstrable systems integration capability, using APIs, web services, interfaces or integrated databases to connect corporate applications.
- Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL and Azure SQL, supported by T-SQL, PowerShell, Power Apps or Power Automate skills.
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems and work effectively with stakeholders, including translating business requirements into practical system, data or reporting improvements.
