Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect to support the Manufacturing Product Team by providing architectural leadership across the mSuite product portfolio. The role will be responsible for defining solution architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and operational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with product teams to drive strategic technology roadmaps, support capacity and demand planning activities, and ensure that all solution designs and documentation adhere to organizational standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end solution architecture guidance across the mSuite product portfolio.
- Collaborate with product teams to define scalable, secure, and robust application solutions.
- Support capacity and demand planning activities by aligning technology solutions with business priorities.
- Ensure solution architectures align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and strategic roadmaps.
- Drive security-by-design practices and ensure compliance with enterprise security requirements.
- Review and approve application designs, integrations, and technical solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support operational teams by ensuring solutions are maintainable, supportable, and aligned with BAU requirements.
- Maintain architecture artifacts, design documentation, and technical standards.
- Identify opportunities for solution optimization, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Application Architecture.
- Expertise in designing enterprise-scale applications and integrated technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and architectural governance practices.
- Experience with capacity planning, demand planning, and technology roadmap development.
- Strong understanding of application security, risk management, and secure design principles.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Ability to create and maintain architecture documentation, design standards, and technical artifacts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or product-based environments is desirable.
