Role Overview

An established international software provider is seeking an experienced Application Business Consultant to join its Customer Success function. The organisation supplies business-critical ERP solutions to more than 2,500 businesses worldwide and offers a collaborative, customer-focused environment with excellent opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

The role will involve planning and delivering consultancy services to an existing customer base, ensuring that new processes, integrations, functions, and software modules are configured and implemented successfully. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead discovery sessions
  • Review business processes
  • Gather requirements
  • Manage customer projects through to completion

This is a varied, customer-facing position combining ERP implementation, business analysis, consultancy, training, and stakeholder management. Work may be delivered remotely or on customer sites, so travel will be required when necessary.

Requirements

  • Four to five years’ experience implementing and configuring ERP/SaaS solutions
  • Strong business process analysis and requirements-gathering experience
  • Experience managing ERP implementation projects from planning through to completion
  • The ability to configure and implement software modules, functions, and integrations
  • Experience delivering customer training and effective knowledge transfer
  • Strong customer-facing, presentation, and consultancy skills
  • The ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage customer expectations
  • The confidence to handle negotiation and conflict professionally
  • The ability to manage several projects and competing priorities
  • A structured approach to project administration, documentation, and timesheet management
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
