About the Role
As an Application Consultant Enterprise at Truvio, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing customers' use of the Truvio platform and related solutions. Working with medium-sized organizations and large enterprises, you will help customers streamline their financial processes through implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support.
You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and deliver high-quality consulting services that create long-term value. You will work with customers (onsite/remote) in UK, Benelux and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to help customers maximize the value of the Truvio platform.
- Configure Truvio solutions based on customer business requirements and best practices.
- Lead implementation, rollout, and migration projects to ensure successful adoption and smooth transitions.
- Support customers throughout testing and go-live phases, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for complex customer issues and escalations.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize their Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Main Duties
As an Application Consultant, you are expected to deliver consulting services of the highest quality while building strong customer relationships. You will become a subject matter expert in the Truvio platform and provide strategic guidance on solution design, system configuration, and process optimization.
You will combine technical understanding with business process expertise to help customers achieve their digital transformation goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar consulting, presenting, implementing, or application support role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial automation solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and customer presentations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Relevant certifications in application consulting, project management, or business systems.
- Understanding of e-invoicing, PEPPOL, and electronic document exchange networks.
- Experience with financial ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
