Application Remediation & Discovery - Inside IR35 - 12 MONTHS

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise application modernization program involving the remediation and packaging of approximately 760 applications.

Working closely with Program Managers, Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, you will assess application readiness, coordinate remediation activities, and support application packaging and deployment to ensure successful migration across the enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing enterprise applications and identify remediation activities required for migration.
  • Collaborate directly with Product Managers and application owners to understand application architecture, dependencies, and business requirements.
  • Coordinate application remediation activities across technical and business teams.
  • Drive discussions independently with stakeholders and provide recommendations for migration readiness.
  • Manage application onboarding through remediation, validation, packaging, and deployment.
  • Support application packaging activities for enterprise deployment platforms.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and migration progress throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinate testing activities to ensure application compatibility and deployment readiness.
  • Maintain migration documentation, application inventories, and technical assessments.
  • Work closely with Program Management to ensure delivery milestones and project objectives are achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
