Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript, components, services, RxJS).
  • Proficient in.NET 10 (C#), debugging, and building backend services/APIs.
  • Strong SQL Server skills: T-SQL, performance troubleshooting, stored procedures, query optimization.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting SOAP and RESTful APIs (WSDL, SOAP faults, JSON/XML payloads, authentication).
  • Practical experience using ServiceNow or Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for incident and change management.
  • Proven client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Solid problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Team-player attitude and experience working in agile teams.

Secondary Skills

  • Good understanding of Insurance domain.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with IIS, jQuery.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and common API security patterns.
  • Experience writing unit/integration tests and contributing to test automation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
