Position Overview
We are seeking a developer skilled in Angular,.NET 10, and SQL Server to join an agile delivery team. The role focuses on development in small change team, technical debt and production support, while working directly with clients and cross-functional teams using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Jira.
Key Responsibilities
- Own investigation, triage, and resolution of production incidents (L2/L3) for web applications. Meet SLA.
- Maintain and enhance Angular front-end and.NET 10 back-end components to deliver timely fixes and patches.
- Write and optimize T-SQL for diagnostics, fixes, and data investigations in SQL Server.
- Manage tickets and work items in ServiceNow.
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and root-cause investigations; produce RCA documents and remediation plans.
- Experience working in Scrum and Kanban teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners.
- Communicate directly with clients during incident resolution, status updates, and post-incident reviews.
- Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge-based articles, and operational documentation.
- Support release activities, verify deployments, and perform post-deployment validation; participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Troubleshoot and support SOAP and REST web services / API integrations, including contract validation and error handling.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript, components, services, RxJS).
- Proficient in.NET 10 (C#), debugging, and building backend services/APIs.
- Strong SQL Server skills: T-SQL, performance troubleshooting, stored procedures, query optimization.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting SOAP and RESTful APIs (WSDL, SOAP faults, JSON/XML payloads, authentication).
- Practical experience using ServiceNow or Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for incident and change management.
- Proven client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Solid problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Team-player attitude and experience working in agile teams.

Secondary Skills
- Good understanding of Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
- Familiarity with IIS, jQuery.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and common API security patterns.
- Experience writing unit/integration tests and contributing to test automation.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in application support or software development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular,.NET 10 and SQL Server.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
