About The Role
VIQU IT is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join their dynamic team, focusing on building and maintaining the VisOps & Customer Portal. This client-facing platform serves as the primary access point for the company's innovative products and AI-powered tools. The role involves end-to-end development of the portal, integrating advanced AI outputs, and ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and architecture, to deliver a reliable, visually appealing, and valuable asset for clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven SaaS solutions, influencing how clients interact with complex data and analytics tools.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. Proven experience in deploying web applications on platforms like Vercel or similar is essential. A deep understanding of Power BI, including DAX, theming, embedding, and UX design, is required. The candidate should be proficient in SQL, capable of building and managing data layers effectively. Experience with AI/LLM integrations and MCP (Microsoft Power Platform) familiarity will be considered a significant advantage. Strong visual design skills, usability focus, and the ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive interfaces are critical. Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging clients through demos and training sessions are also necessary.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the Customer Portal as the central access point for the company's AI-powered products and tools.
- Create comprehensive front-end applications and tools, from wireframing and building to testing, deployment, and ongoing iteration.
- Integrate AI outputs and agents into the portal using MCP within a governed framework to ensure compliance and security.
- Develop embedded Power BI reports and analytics visualizations, focusing on strong UX and storytelling capabilities.
- Deploy and manage the portal on modern web stacks such as Vercel, ensuring high reliability and performance in production environments.
- Transform complex analytics and data insights into clear, user-friendly interfaces that facilitate better decision-making.
- Conduct client demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions to promote adoption and maximize value from the platform.
- Collaborate closely with data science, data engineering, and architecture teams to align development efforts with strategic goals.
- Monitor portal usage, gather client feedback, and iteratively improve the platform's design and functionality.
