Application Development and Support Analyst
Taunton, Somerset (Office-based – Hybrid-working after the probation period)
Up to £40,000 per year
Plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Bonuses, etc.
Skills and Experience:
- Development experience using Visual Basic (VB) or similar
- Experience with workflow scripting and automation within a case management or business system
- Experience of screen, document and form creation and maintenance
- Understanding of database management principles
- Ability to create and maintain workflow and technical documentation
- Comfortable working in a role that combines system development and general IT support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues

You must have experience with visual files or similar case management systems this is absolutely essential. SQL experience highly desirable.
The Opportunity:
Our client based in the private sector are currently on the lookout for an Application Development and Support Analyst where you will be responsible for supporting and developing our client's legal case management systems, providing day-to-day IT support across the business and helping to improve business processes through technology.
Experience with Visualfiles is highly desirable; however, please also apply if you have developed or supported similar workflow or case management systems and are keen to learn and develop within a thriving environment.
