About Fullers Foods

Fullers Foods is a fast-growing food supply business, working with some of the UK’s largest retailers to deliver high-quality products that help feed the nation.

We’re a down-to-earth, ambitious and values-led business, built around Grit, Graft, Smart and Heart. We give our people the trust and accountability to take ownership, make an impact and grow with us.

Our vision is simple: Every meal is a Fullers meal.

The Role

We’re looking for an Applications Engineer to join our growing IT team at our Leeds Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in Fullers Foods’ multi-year IT transformation. You’ll help transform and support our core applications, combining project delivery with day-to-day application support. Working with colleagues across the business, you’ll translate business needs into effective technical solutions and help design, implement and optimise the systems that will support our future growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open-minded about the experience you’ll bring to the role. While experience across areas such as applications, systems, integrations, SQL, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform or automation would be valuable, we don’t expect candidates to tick every box.

We’re equally interested in people who can demonstrate relevant experience, strong transferable technical skills, an ability to solve problems and work effectively with different stakeholders, and the aptitude and ambition to continue developing their technical capability.
