Position: Applications Specialist (Labman Products)

Location: Labman HQ, Stokesley, North Yorkshire

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time

This is a fully office-based role in Stokesley. The role involves regular travel (up to 50%) as part of supporting customers globally.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Applications Specialist to act as a technical expert within our Sales Team, supporting customers with Labman’s standard product portfolio. You’ll combine technical understanding with strong communication skills to deliver demonstrations, training, and tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in translating customer requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions, helping drive growth and market share.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support throughout the sales process
  • Deliver product demos and customer training
  • Prepare and support proposals/quotations (technical + pricing accuracy)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to tailor solutions
  • Support trade shows and technical marketing content
  • Act as a key contact during FAT & SAT
  • Support business growth with regional Heads of Sales
