Applications Support Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Applications Support Analyst to join our Southampton/Jersey based law firm on a permanent basis.

Summary

To drive business improvement and operational efficiency by analysing business requirements, identifying technology-enabled solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of systems, processes, and digital capabilities that support the firms Corporate Services business strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support activities on the applications for the Corporate Service business.
  • Delivering workflow automation, system integrations, dashboard development, reporting solutions, and data visualisation to improve business outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support when required.
  • Analyse root causes of common and recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.

Attributes/Skills

  • Multiple years' experience in providing application support and development working with SQL.
  • Working knowledge of using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI to provide automation workflows & dashboards.
  • Experience in data transformation and manipulation using SQL would be advantageous.
