What You’ll Do:

Core Application Support

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems in line with SLAs.

  • Monitor application performance, availability, and health using APM and logging tools; proactively identify and address issues before user impact.

Client Engagement and Service Delivery

  • Act as a technical contact for assigned client applications, maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Translate technical issues into business-friendly language and provide regular updates on incidents, changes, and service performance.
  • Participate in service reviews, reporting on application performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.

Incident, Problem, and Change Management

  • Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring accurate documentation and SLA compliance.
  • Contribute to problem management processes, including trend analysis and known error documentation.
  • Assess, implement, and validate application changes in line with change management processes, minimising risk to production environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
