Application Support Analyst | Lancashire (Hybrid) | £30,000 - £35,000
A fantastic client of ours is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their growing support team. You'll be working across a broad product suite handling everything from day-to-day incident resolution through to deployment and project work.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing application support to internal teams and external clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues across test and production environments
- Installing, configuring and maintaining applications across client and internal environments
- Working with infrastructure, network and development teams on complex problems
- Maintaining clear documentation for deployments, upgrades and known resolutions
- Contributing to project delivery including implementations and new client onboarding

You'll need:
- Experience in software deployment and customer-facing support
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Experience with system monitoring tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- MySQL knowledge
- ITIL awareness
