Application Support Analyst

Location: Exeter (Hybrid - 4 days a week in office)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + benefits

We're working with a growing software company looking for an Application Support Analyst to join its Exeter based support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, application support, technical support or software support experience who enjoys solving problems and helping customers get the most from technology.

  • Providing first line support via phone, email and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting software issues and user queries

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, application support or software support
