Title: Application Support Analyst - CAFM (MRI Concept/Evolution)
Duration: Sept 2026 – Feb 2026 Rolling Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: Birmingham Offsite location, Birmingham, United Kingdom, BB12 3BB (Hybrid Working)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for MRI Concept/Evolution CAFM applications.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues through to completion.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application, configuration, and data-related issues.
- Maintain CAFM configuration including PPM schedules, maintenance frequencies, asset records, work orders, and user accounts.
- Support operational users, contract teams, and engineers with system-related queries.
- Run standard and ad-hoc reports to support operational and compliance requirements.
- Perform data validation, data cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Support testing, system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Assist with integrations between MRI Concept/Evolution and connected business systems.
- Support contract mobilisations, data migration activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
- Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and software vendors to ensure service continuity.

Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with MRI Concept and/or MRI Evolution CAFM platforms.
- Experience supporting CAFM systems within a Facilities Management environment.
- Strong understanding of PPM scheduling, asset management, reactive maintenance, and work order management.
- Experience investigating and resolving application support incidents.
- Knowledge of compliance reporting and engineer workflow processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Good reporting, data analysis, and data quality management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL querying and/or Power BI reporting tools.
- Experience with CAFM integrations and connected systems.
- Experience with data migration and data cleansing projects.
- Understanding of SFG20 standards and FM compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
