Application Support Analyst – Chorley – Hybrid Working

Application Support | SQL Databases | Deployment | Configuration | Software Support

Are you a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Analyst looking to join a dynamic technical services team? This advanced solutions provider, based in Chorley, is seeking a motivated individual to support critical business systems for their clients. With a hybrid working model, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely several days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for critical business systems to business customers.
  • Deploy and configure software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring error-free delivery.
  • Manage customer incidents, problems, and requests within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the features and capabilities of supported applications.
  • Create both customer-facing and internal documentation, adhering to company standards.
  • Engage in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities to enhance service value.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience of Software Development and Customer Support.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of System Monitoring Solutions.
  • Experience supporting bespoke applications.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
