Application Support - D365

Northampton | Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
Up to £48,000 + 7.5% bonus + Private Medical Insurance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in supporting and developing its D365 platform. The role would suit someone who has experience supporting D365 and has had some exposure to product updates, enhancements or change management. You don't need to be an expert in every aspect of D365 as training and development will be provided. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and third-party partners, the successful candidate will help ensure D365 continues to deliver value across the organisation.

The Role

  • Provide advanced application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including incident and problem management.
  • Work with users and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvements.
  • Support the management of the D365 backlog, enhancements and product roadmap.
  • Coordinate UAT, releases and changes, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Work closely with third-party D365 support and implementation partners.
  • Help drive the use of standard D365 functionality and reduce unnecessary customisation.
  • Support continuous improvement across business processes and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Produce clear documentation, knowledge articles and user guidance.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, acting as the link between technical and business requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
