Role Overview
We're working with a highly respected wealth management organisation seeking an Applications Support Analyst to join their technology team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to support business-critical applications used across the organisation's wealth management and investment operations. You'll act as a key point of contact for application incidents, service requests, system enhancements and software releases while working closely with both business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting the Figaro platform within a wealth or investment management environment. However, we are also keen to speak with:
- Candidates based within commuting distance of Central London with application support experience gained in wealth management, private banking, investment management or financial services environments.
- UK-based remote candidates with strong Figaro support experience.
- Application Support Analysts who have supported front, middle or back-office platforms within wealth management or investment firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for business-critical applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems and service requests.
- Monitor application availability, performance and overall system health.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Support software releases, upgrades and change implementations.
- Perform application testing and validation activities.
- Maintain support documentation and operational procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements.
- Ensure support activities align with ITIL best practices.
Essential Experience
Priority Skills
- Experience supporting Figaro in a production environment.
Alternatively, we'll consider candidates with:
- Application support experience within wealth management, investment management, private banking or financial services.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications and users.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working within an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Skills
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
- Salesforce
- SQL Server Management Studio
- ServiceNow, Jira or Ivanti
- Document Management Systems
- Data Warehousing solutions
- Software release management and application testing
