WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company that focuses on non-teaching support in the education sector.
We're working with a training provider in Cambridgeshire
They are looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their busy MIS and systems team, supporting the applications people rely on every day.
It's a varied role covering
- Systems support
- User access
- Troubleshooting
- Software testing
You'll manage user accounts and permissions, investigate system issues, work with software suppliers, and help test upgrades before they go live.
As well as experience of the above
You'll be comfortable picking up new software, solving problems, and explaining technical issues in plain English.

Experience with systems such as PICS, ProSuite, OneFile, OneGrade, or ProEngage would be useful, as would previous experience in Further or Higher Education, but neither is essential.
My client can offer
- A salary of £30,595 per annum
- 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- Discretionary Christmas closure days
- Access to a Local Government Pension Scheme
