Application Support Consultant
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Consultant to join an established software company within its growing Customer Success team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working with customers, with the chance to develop their experience across ERP software, business applications, and a range of technical systems.
The Role
As an Application Support Consultant, you will support customers with technical and operational queries across a range of business processes.

- Troubleshoot application issues
- Investigate customer queries
- Work towards the best possible solution
You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of ERP modules including:
- Accounting
- Stock
- CRM
- E-Commerce
- Business Intelligence
- Supply Chain Management
What You Need
- Experience working with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management software; or a relevant qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good understanding of financial and management reporting
- Exposure to SQL Server, MySQL, or SQL scripting
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, Postman, FTP/SFTP, or software integrations
- Knowledge of EDI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, CRM, E-Commerce, or Business Intelligence
