An established and successful software provider is looking for an Application Support Consultant to join its growing Customer Success team. Supporting more than 2,500 businesses worldwide, the organisation develops ERP software covering accounting, stock management, CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence, and supply chain management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, supporting customers, and investigating varied technical and operational issues. The successful candidate will respond to customer enquiries, document reported issues, and work towards effective solutions while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience.

What You Need

  • Day-to-day experience using accounting, ERP, or business management software; or a degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, accounting, or business
  • Alternatively, strong financial acumen with knowledge of financial and management reporting
  • A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and empathetic approach to customer support
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Confidence working under pressure while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical information

  • CRM, e-commerce, or business intelligence solutions
