Description
A tier one investment bank are looking for a strong Production Support / Application Support Analyst to join their Payments Technology team in Chester. The role focuses on supporting critical payment processing applications, investigating production incidents, and ensuring the stability of key business systems within a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong Application Support / Production Support experience
- Experience supporting payment processing applications and wire payments
- Knowledge of SWIFT, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA, or similar payment platforms
- Experience within banking or financial services environments
- Strong incident management and root cause analysis skills
- Experience working within distributed / mid-range application environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and restore service quickly
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a 24/7 environment
- Operations Support experience within a payments function is highly desirable
