Tilo Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected technology and engineering organisation in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a Application Support Engineer to join a collaborative and welcoming team where training, professional development, and long-term career progression are actively supported.
The successful candidate will act as a technical expert, supporting field-based engineers and customers with complex software-related issues. Working closely with engineering, service, and customer-facing teams, they will help resolve critical technical challenges, improve system performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Requirements:
- Strong background in software troubleshooting, diagnostics, and software-hardware integration
- Experience with C#, C++ or C
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support customers and engineers globally
- Calm, organised approach when managing high-priority technical issues
