Application Support Engineer with ETRM Experience
Application Support Engineer with ETRM experience to join a leading technology provider within the Energy & Commodities trading space - OUTside IR35. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine their technical application support skills with genuine exposure to the Energy and Commodities deal lifecycle, working directly for an ETRM vendor and engaging with some of the world’s leading energy trading organisations. You'll be working on ETRM implementations, and gain exposure to the full deal lifecycle, as products get onboarded.

The Application Support Role
You’ll work closely with major energy trading houses, commodities firms, and market participants, providing application support and helping clients get the most from their ETRM platform.
As you’ll be working directly for the ETRM vendor, the role goes well beyond traditional BAU support. You’ll have the opportunity to travel onsite to major energy trading houses, working directly with traders, operations, middle office, risk, and technology teams to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

You’ll gain exposure to the full Energy & Commodities deal lifecycle, including trade capture, position management, confirmations, settlements, risk, and reporting, while developing a strong understanding of how technology supports physical and financial commodity trading.
