The Role

Provide third-line support for internally developed applications. Investigate and resolve complex incidents escalated from first and second-line support teams. Work closely with development teams to identify software defects and implement effective workarounds. Monitor cloud-hosted platforms to ensure service availability and performance commitments. Drive improvements to platform resilience and reliability. Contribute to knowledge development and create technical documentation.

What You'll Need

Proven experience supporting business-critical, cloud-hosted applications. Strong customer service skills and ability to act as a technical escalation point. Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities. Experience supporting production environments within AWS and/or Azure. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL databases. Ability to write and optimise complex database queries.
