I am partnered with an innovative Premium Finance provider who are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their expanding technology team and help deliver a best-in-class experience for clients and partners.

Their ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Application Support / Incident Management
- SQL or PL/SQL (running queries and applying scripts)
- Java (basic knowledge)
- Linux environments and Bash scripting
- REST APIs
- Azure cloud environments
- Jira and Confluence
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Working under pressure in customer-focused environments
What you'll be doing:
- Investigating, diagnosing and resolving application incidents
- Monitoring application performance and system availability
- Supporting software deployments, upgrades and maintenance activities
- Working closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Managing and maintaining knowledge base documentation
- Assisting with database administration and performance monitoring
- Contributing to automation and operational improvements
- Helping drive service reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
