Applications Support Engineer (NetSuite)
Mostly Remote (UK) | Milton Keynes 1-2 times per month
£60,000–£65,000 + Excellent Benefits
We're looking for an Applications Support Engineer to take ownership of a business-critical NetSuite platform within a growing organisation investing heavily in its technology.
This is more than a support role - you'll become the go-to expert for NetSuite, driving improvements, supporting users, enhancing integrations and helping shape the future applications roadmap.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting and administering NetSuite and connected business applications.
- Providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Managing upgrades, releases and system improvements.
- Configuring workflows, saved searches, forms, roles and permissions.
- Supporting integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
- Working closely with Finance, HR and business stakeholders to improve processes.
- Driving governance, documentation and best practice across the platform.

What we're looking for
- Experience supporting or administering Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows and integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
- Someone open to learning new business applications to support
