Hiring: Application Support Engineer (GK POS & Retail Systems) - 100% Remote in the UK

Are you an expert in retail technology and POS solutions? We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to act as a "software detective"—diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues across critical enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate & Resolve: Analyze complex system issues and deliver effective fixes to keep retail operations running seamlessly.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive key technical decisions.
  • Optimize & Document: Support system reliability initiatives and build clear technical documentation to share expertise.

What We’re Looking For

  • GK POS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in GK Point of Sale (POS) systems is required.
  • Retail Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAP for Retail POS and business process implementation is highly recommended.
  • Engineering Support: Strong background in complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-team problem-solving.
