We're Hiring: Jira & Confluence Administrator
We are seeking a skilled professional to administer, support, and optimize Atlassian platforms while partnering with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Project Details:
- Role: Jira and Confluence Admin
- Location: Stevenage, UK
- Duration: 12 Months
- Capacity: Full-time (8 hours/Day, 5 Days/week)
- Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Jira & Confluence Administration
- Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence environments.
- Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, field configurations, permissions, notification schemes, and security schemes.
- Create and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, knowledge bases, and content governance frameworks.
- Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access controls.
- Configure Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, filters, reports, and Advanced Roadmaps.
- Drive Jira and Confluence best practices and support Agile process improvements.

Support & Operations
- Provide L2/L3 support for Jira, Confluence, and JSM platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve platform, workflow, permission, and integration-related issues.
- Monitor application performance, system health, backups, and maintenance activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements within agreed SLAs.
- Deliver user onboarding, training, and platform documentation.
- Support migration initiatives using JCMA and CCMA tools.
