Application Support Analyst – Insurance Systems (London Market)

We’re looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to support and enhance core insurance platforms used across underwriting, claims, and back-office functions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve systems like Subscribe, Exact Advantage, and other market-leading applications.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and contribute to system rollouts, documentation, and user training — all within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

If you have:
- ✅ Experience supporting insurance applications (Subscribe, Exact Advantage, etc.)
- ✅ Strong SQL/database skills and familiarity with ITIL processes
- ✅ A background in the London Market or Lloyd’s insurance systems
- ✅ A customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
