Application Support Analyst | London (Hybrid, 2 days) | £45,000 - £55,000
It's technical first, roughly 80%, but not a backend seat. You'd be the person the business actually picks up the phone to, and walking a non-technical colleague through a fix without making them feel stupid matters here as much as the configuration skills do. If you want to work tickets in isolation, this isn't it. If you want to own systems end to end and be visible while you do it, it'll suit you.
What you'll own
- Day-to-day support across the legal technology platform estate, via tickets and over the phone.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of highly configurable systems - logs, diagnostics and scripts to get to root cause.
- The DevOps tooling estate: source control, ticketing, development platforms, access controls, licence management.
- API integrations and system-to-system connectivity.
- Turning recurring issues into permanent solutions rather than repeat fixes.
- Documentation, SOPs and governance that don't currently exist - and making them stick.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
