Lifeways is looking for an Applications Specialist – ERP Finance to support and improve the systems behind our Finance, HR and Payroll functions.
This role is particularly suited to someone with hands-on Unit4 Business World experience and strong Payroll systems knowledge. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting, configuring and improving our ERP, while supporting our wider digital transformation.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and enhance Unit4 Business World, with a focus on Finance and Payroll.
- Provide specialist support for Payroll systems and processes.
- Configure systems, workflows, reporting and data.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT and external suppliers.
- Support other business applications, including Hireserve ATS and Cornerstone LMS.

What We're Looking For
- Experience with Unit4 Business World / Unit4 ERP – highly desirable.
- Strong Payroll systems and process experience – essential.
- Experience working with ERP systems in a specialist or analyst role.
- Good understanding of Finance processes.
- Experience with system configuration, reporting and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
