Application Support Consultant
You'll support a range of Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within an established ERP software solution, working as part of a growing Customer Success team. The mission is straightforward: give customers the support and services they need to get the most out of their ERP software.
What you'll do
- Support a growing customer base with technical and operational queries across a wide range of business processes
- Respond to system operation enquiries, document issues and work towards the optimal solution
- Use creative thinking and problem-solving to resolve technical scenarios
- Work across multiple ERP modules and integrated business systems

What we're looking for
You'll need at least one of the following:
- Day-to-day working knowledge of Accounting, ERP or Business Management software
- A degree or third-level qualification in Computer Science, Accounting or Business
- Good knowledge of financial and management reporting, or strong financial acumen
Alongside:
- A systematic approach to problem solving and strong analytical skills
- Initiative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage the customer experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical information

Nice to have (training provided)
- FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST API, SOAP, SoapUI, Postman, Excel and CSV files · third-party integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, e-commerce, business intelligence · hands-on experience with accounting or ERP software · financial and management reporting knowledge
