Overview
We are looking for an organised and technically minded Application Support Specialist to support users, troubleshoot application-related issues and help ensure smooth day-to-day system performance.
This is an entry-level remote opportunity suited to someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an interest in technology and application support.

- Provide first-line support for application and system-related queries.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Log and track support requests through to resolution.

- Assist users with application functionality and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements
- Strong interest in IT, software and application support.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
- Previous IT or application support experience is helpful but not essential.
