Job Title: Applications Support Technician
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
We are supporting a Bristol based legal firm who are looking to onboard an Applications Support Technician.
The Role:
- Provide advanced support across a range of enterprise business applications, investigating and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support systems spanning document management, finance, CRM, HR, legal and other specialist applications.
- Take ownership of application support processes while maintaining high service and information security standards.
- Monitor application performance and availability, identifying and addressing potential issues.

The Candidate:
- Strong experience providing advanced application support within an enterprise or professional services environment.
- Proven experience supporting business-critical applications, ideally across document management, CRM, finance, HR or other line-of-business systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, including core productivity applications and desktop technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM/service management platforms, alongside incident management, troubleshooting and application lifecycle support.
- Good understanding of Microsoft infrastructure and database technologies, including Windows Server, SQL Server/T-SQL, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange and remote access technologies.

The Package:
- Base salary: £35,000-£45,000
- Profit Share Bonus
