Main Purpose of the Role
To assist with the sales and contribution growth of the CCW product portfolio by acting as the central point of technical applications support for the sales channels within Ishida Europe. To improve the sales enablement and technical material available to the sales channels around the CCW product portfolio.
The role will cover CCW application support requirements throughout the EMEA region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responding to and recording application support requests from the sales channels by advising on the suitable machines for a particular enquiry.
- To work closely with the Product Management and Engineering Technical lead in deciding if we take on a particular modification or specials requirement request.
- Ownership of the modifications and specials that the business decides to proceed with by working with the internal sections, ensuring that the technical solutions and cost details are provided back to the requesting party.
- Complete in-house testing on CCW machine units to verify the ability of a particular application.
- To co-ordinate and manage any testing requirements on CCW units within the business and advising on the most suitable solution for a particular application.
- To support as required both in house and at site customer trials.
- To assist with the development and communication of sales enablement tools around the CCW portfolio that assist the sales channel in understanding selections around Machines, Software options.
- To work closely with the CCW Product Manager and the Training Manager to address FAQs around CCW units and improve the overall applications knowledge of the sales channels.
- To assist the sales channels in understanding the logic within CPQ and also working with the CPQ team in ensuring it is working effectively.
- To ensure Key Account User Requirement specifications are clearly understood and articulated within the business and in particular through the Engineering team.
- To complete testing on any CPQ potential releases around the CCW portfolio, ensuring that it is a fair reflection of the desired implementation and robust enough for release to the sales channels.
- To Produce 2D & 3D provisional layouts for enquiries & orders.

To be successful in this role you must have experience within a B2B capital equipment environment, direct sales support experience, B2B technical function, technical knowledge of electrics or mechanics and a good understanding of modern sales enablement tools.
