We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Applications Support Analyst at our Head Office in Leatherhead to join the Business Applications and Analysis team and provide support for our software applications across the Wates Group.
About The Role
We are looking for you to have solid applications support experience and troubleshooting skills and experience, ideally with HR (iTrent), Finance (Intuita), Expenses (SAP Concur), and other Enterprise Applications (such as SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud and others). You will be proficient in MS Office desktop apps, including Visio and ideally have knowledge of ITIL Service Management best practice principles.
To be successful in this role, you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and suppliers. You will be process-oriented with good attention to detail and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.

What We're Looking For
Key Accountabilities of an Application Support Analyst include:
- Providing day-to-day support for end users across Wates Group, actioning incidents and requests via the Service Management system ServiceNow.
- Working with the team in learning and providing support for a wide variety of business software applications.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for administrative support.
- Managing patching, upgrades and compliance requirements, in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders.
- Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establishing business and application impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard Check (BPSS) at offer stage.
