Overview
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Applications Manager to lead the development, optimisation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated business applications. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, enhance reporting capabilities and ensure business systems align with operational objectives.
Purpose of the Role
Execute the strategic roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, delivering business-focused solutions, improving user experience and supporting reporting, analytics, AI-enabled automation and data governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 application support.
- Deliver user training and maintain documentation.
- Integrate AI tools and workflow automation.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Jet Reports and Excel.
- Maintain data governance, GDPR compliance and security standards.
- Manage third-party vendors and application-related projects.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration.
- Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge.
- Power BI and reporting experience.
- Data governance and GDPR knowledge.
- Application project delivery and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation.
